By creating an account or using Domexa you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What Domexa is

Domexa is an online marketplace that helps clients find contractors and service professionals in India. Domexa is a platform only. Unless we say otherwise, we are not a party to the agreement between a client and a contractor, and we do not perform, supervise or guarantee the work.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract in India.
• Provide accurate information and keep your phone number and login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account per role. Do not impersonate others.

3. Contractors

• Contractors must submit genuine KYC and business documents. We may approve, reject or suspend a contractor at our discretion.
• Verification means we checked the documents provided. It is not a guarantee of quality, licence or insurance.
• Contractors must complete accepted jobs professionally and on the agreed terms.

4. Clients

• Post projects honestly and with accurate details.
• Each accepted job has a confirmation code. Share the code with the contractor only after the work is completed to your satisfaction. Sharing it confirms completion.

5. Cancellations and penalties

Cancelling an accepted job after it is confirmed may reduce the cancelling party's trust score and may carry a penalty as shown in the app at the time of cancellation. Repeated cancellations or false reports can lead to suspension.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Fraud, fake reviews, fake documents or fake projects.
• Harassment, abuse, hate speech or illegal content.
• Trying to bypass security, scrape data or interfere with the app.
• Using the platform for anything unlawful.

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

7. Payments

At present, payment for work is arranged directly between client and contractor. If Domexa introduces in-app payments or commission, we will update these terms and tell you in the app before it applies.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, text and documents you upload. You give Domexa a non-exclusive licence to store and display them as needed to run the service (for example, showing your portfolio to clients).

9. Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Domexa is not liable for the quality, safety or legality of work performed by contractors, for disputes between users, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

10. Termination

You may stop using Domexa and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will tell you in the app about significant changes. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
