Delete your Domexa account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Domexa and log in.
2. Go to Profile and tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

If you cannot access the app

Email siprawork01@gmail.com from your registered email, or send your registered phone number in the message. We will verify it is you and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, phone, email, address, photo, business details.
• KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, cancelled cheque, business documents) and portfolio photos.
• Your login and sessions.

What may be kept

• Chat messages, reviews and job records involving other users may be kept in anonymised form (your name removed) so the other person's history stays intact.
• Records we must keep by law, only as long as the law requires.
